Reset & Rise is a 7-day video program designed for personal reflection and growth.
When you purchase, you get:

• 7 videos (approx. 2–5 minutes each)

• Lifetime access to the program videos

• Self-reflection prompts designed to help you reset and rise

2. Payment & Pricing

Payment is made in full at checkout.
All prices are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
At the moment, Reset & Rise is sold at a special launch price of 777 SEK (40% off).

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.
No refunds will be given. Please purchase mindfully.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Reset & Rise – including videos, text, and exercises – is owned by Strong Creative Minds /Fru Åke Holistic AB
You may not copy, share, or distribute the material without prior written consent.
Your access is personal and non-transferable.

5. Disclaimer

Reset & Rise is a self-reflection and mindset support program.
It is not therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care.
You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions.

6. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having a device and internet connection that allows you to watch the videos.
